My name is Meg and I am a classically trained chef who has been working in professional kitchens for the last years throughout NYC and Las Vegas. My strengths lie in creating contemporary Italian and French influenced dishes as well as globally inspired modern plated desserts, many of which are pictured below.
Additionally, I enjoy giving cooking classes to both adults and children of all ages (3 yrs and up), particularly children as I feel a lot of useful life skills can be imparted in the kitchen. In a nutshell, nothing brings me more joy than cooking for others and I look forward to the challenge and adventure that each new client brings. Chef Meg was excellent to work with. I scheduled a last minute anniversary dinner for my wife and I. She messaged right away with several options and courses. She showed up early and made an amazing Italian dinner. Beautiful presentation as well! We enjoyed her company throughout the dinner and she even hand cleaned our dishes in the end. When she left all we had to do was crawl upstairs with our full bellies and go to sleep. The entire experience was well worth it and we'll definitely be reaching out to Chef Meg again.
