My name is Andres Gordillo, currently living in NJ. My passion for cooking grew from working for a restaurant in Manhattan. A sous chef who saw potential in me, started to train me 7 years ago. So far I’ve worked my way up by doing catering, banquets, and worked for places like Little Prince and Cherry NYC Restaurant . I’ve worked in a few restaurants over my 7 yrs of working in Manhattan and have picked up a few new interesting taste buds, like Mediterranean cuisine.
