Working as a personal chef and caterer in the melting pot of NYC, I love making healthy eclectic dishes filled with big, bold flavors that satisfy the soul! Considering myself an Interpretive Chef, I fuse various regional ingredients and flavor profiles together providing my clients with a one of a kind, worldly inspired, boldly flavored experience! I thrive in making “Feel Good Food” where the most important ingredient I use is love.

Chef Heather Janey’s, first impression is and was noticeable she was punctual. Her presentation skills, personality, culinary art, spices and food selection was on point.
