About Me

Tiffani Tincher has over 20 years of experience as a chef, with her specialty as a private/pastry chef. She is currently a farmhouse Culinary Manager/ executive chef and owner of The Blooming Apron. She is responsible for managing in-house meal production, crafting delicious customized menus for events, including any type of dietary restriction. After being a two time graduate from the Florida Culinary Institute, Tiffani moved to the west coast and put herself at the forefront of burgeoning “farm-to-table” movement in Southern California.
Tiffani has been published in several magazines, newspapers, and blog, and was recently appointed as the Executive Chef for the yearly “Save the Laguna Community Garden Dinner.” Stepping away from a traditional restaurant role and executing her own menus provides deep meaning to her work, as well being a part of a nonprofit community and being able to bring stunning farm-to-table meals to her guests.

    Tiffani was fantastic! She was really creating in coming up with the menu and then extremely flexible to make a few tweaks upon our request (which we really appreciated)!

    She was very punctual and she did a marvelous job preparing the full menu at the house. She was very efficient and quite clean and kept the entire kitchen organized throughout the process. She also did a great job cleaning up everything after the meal (and throughout the course of the meal) and it was all very nicely put away and fully clean when she left.

    The meal was delicious! She used really fresh ingredients and the entire menu was amazing. Our group loved it! We had requested a 100% vegetarian menu and she knocked it out of the park.

    She was extremely professional throughout the evening and really cared to create a remarkable and memorable experience for our family. She also prepared an EXTRA breakfast dish for us as a surprise - this was so thoughtful and just so kind of her to do this. She also gave us additional treats, which we all appreciated very much.

    I hired Chef Tiffani to cook a special dinner for me and my wife for Valentine's Day and it could not have gone better! The food was delicious! The presentation was immaculate and we didn't even have to clean up afterward.     Chef Tiffani cooked an amazing meal. She was so easy to work with, communicated extremely well what her proposal was and on changes we wanted. The dinner itself was cooked perfectly and tasted INCREDIBLE... and there were even plenty of leftovers for the next day!

    She clearly knew what she was doing, and she made us very comfortable in the way that she handled the Covid situation (washed hands constantly, wore a mask the entire time).

    Chef Tiffani was absolutely the best!! She Was in continual contact with me throughout the days leading up to our dinner, even working with to delevope a menu of many different food type. We had Mediterranean, California Cuisine, and a little Italian for dessert. She arrived right as scheduled and went straight to work. She worked in a very professional manner, so much so, we hardly even knew she was there. She accommodated some of our dietary whims, and served us in two different locations for the varying parts of our meal. The food was beyond delicious and we all devoured every course! When she wrapped things up and said good-bye, you would never have known she was there. The kitchen was spotless. When in the San Diego area again, Chef Tiffani will definitely be on the schedule.

    Chef Tiffani created a memorable and delicious birthday brunch! We loved the made to order omelet bar with local eggs. The crispy karage’’chicken and Belgium waffle sliders served with Kickin’ sauce, whipped butter and maple syrup was simply delicious! We loved the salt and vinegar home fries, dulce de Leche pancakes and arugula salad. Chef Tiffani is simply the best. She is responsive, professional and accommodating. The presentation was beautiful, but the food tasted even better. Everyone devoured the food and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. I highly recommend Chef Tiffani!

    Tiffani was amazing! The food was delicious Asian fusion and she brought Asian style serving plates for an added touch. She worked with us to pick a perfect menu and did not disappoint! After the meal she left the kitchen spotless. 100% reccomend if you're considering chowing Tiffani for your special meal!!

    Amazing experience! Fabulous! Chef Tiff was excellent. She was professional, personable, organized- and a fantastic cook. We had an interactive cooking lesson and a 4 course meal - both outstanding. We learned a ton and enjoyed every minute, every bite. Great job!

    We could have gone for a very nice dinner at a restaurant for our 15th wedding anniversary. Instead we opted to trying out a personal chef so we could experience a unique meal we couldn't otherwise get in a restaurant catering to the masses.

    We have reviewed three proposals and Chef Tiffani Tincher's proposal stood beautifully. It was fresh, innovative, and adventourous. My husband and I consider ourselves adventurous eaters and selected and asked Chef Tiffani to amaze us.

    She arrived on time, bringing her kitchen with her. She also supplied antique China plates and chopsticks.

    She served us a full 6-course Asian fusion meal. Foraged local produce, Black Angus sirloin skewers, local fish caught that day, and the dissection and serving of live Uni tableside, prepared with mouthwatering pork belly wrapped in bao buns. Dessert was tapioca pudding with mango, black sesame and coconut milk sorbet.

    After the meal, the chef broke down her own kitchen and left no trace of her being there at all, except in our memories.

    What an experience! Book her. You will not regret it.

    Tiffani was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! She was on time, communicative, and so professional. The food was perfectly executed and tasted amazing. I would book her every night if I could. I honestly cannot say enough on how happy I am with my experience with her and booking through Table at Home. I cannot wait to request her again. I highly recommend booking with Tiffani!!
