I’ve had a passion for cooking since I was a kid watching my mom in the kitchen with her music on cooking dinner for me and my brothers and sister. I tried other things but some how I always found myself back in the lab (kitchen). From working for free for months at 19 years old working a counter serving slices just trying to be good at something, trying to stay out of trouble, trying to help my family, to getting my first executive chef opportunity. I’ve always let my work speak for itself. Everything I’ve learned, been thru, accomplished has led me here. And thanks to table at home, it can lead me to you.
