I cannot thank Chef Kisha enough! While I’d been a guest at friends who had arranged a chef to come in and prepare a meal, this was our first time. I could not have made a better choice than Kisha to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday! The process of going through proposals and making decisions for me was a bit stressful, but once I’d selected Chef Kisha and spoke with her, I was instantly at ease. That did not change even when traffic delayed her arrival, and her sous chef was not available – Kisha was calm throughout, and made herself right at home in my kitchen. I opted to have the appetizers served family-style as our guests mingled and relaxed, and they were a meal all by themselves. When we sat down to dinner and the plated entrees were served, everyone was thrilled. The presentation was beautiful, and beef and chicken entrees were both a big hit. She had no problem accommodating one guest with gluten sensitivities. The dessert was perfect and also gorgeous. And as promised, the kitchen was spotless when Kisha packed up to leave. I recommend Chef Kisha for her skill, professionalism, and cheerful attitude. Dinner was a bit later than planned, but it really did work out great.
