Chef Adam prepared a delicious meal for my husband’s 50th birthday. He was accommodating of small tweaks to our menu and schedule and came prepared, and had no issues with a request for him to wear a mask. He printed beautiful menus for each place setting, which were a nice touch. He was flexible with our schedule when we thought another couple was arriving late and we never felt rushed between courses, always checking in with me on the pacing of the meal. We had a few young children I had prepared separate meals for that only needed reheating, and he offered to heat it and bring it to the children so the adults could enjoy the meal. He was respectful of our space and left the kitchen clean. It was a memorable evening and our guests were thoroughly impressed by his food and service!
