I am a passionate private chef with eight years of professional culinary experience, I own a catering company specializing in tailored menus for private clients, dinner parties and corporate events. I come from a design background which lends a valuable hand to my food presentations. I was classically trained in the Middle East, yet my past twenty years living in California and New York have expanded my culinary skills and inspiration for creating traditional and inspired menus that embrace global flavors through the use of fresh, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. My menus generally offer Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Flavors with a Modern American twist, yet I have experience in other cuisines as well. I create personalized menus that equally embrace gluten free, vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and meat lovers.
