About Me

Born and raised in Paris France with a West African upbringing, Gladys is dedicated to honor the culinary foundation of the western cuisine while showcasing the ancients culinary treasures of our world. For 5 years, Gladys has spread her passion via a nomadic restaurant entitled Mbombo that aims to bridge the gap between the western world and Africa via immersive dinners incorporating performing art and cuisines from different cultures . Based now in Venice, Gladys has been working for restaurants like Wabi as a head chef and with Chefs like Curtis Stone and David Myers.
As a way to spread awareness around the indigenous cuisines, Gladys is also part of chef team of Tastemade, as well as one of the faces for Google showcasing her upcoming restaurant hub that is scheduled to open in Summer 2019
