I am a passionate hospitality professional. I started cooking at a young age with my Nana. She sparked my passion for food and hospitality. I have worked in the hospitality industry for about 7 years and have loved every minute of it. There are 2 things that I absolutely love about the hospitality industry, variety and people.
I love that I get to interact with so many different people in so many different ways every single day while working in hospitality. I also love the variety in my day to day operations. I thrive on pressure and spontaneity, both of which are abundant in this industry.
I love to have a good time when I cook. I started cooking with family which was always a loud, happy, and sometimes chaotic kitchen. This translates into my kitchen being a happy and fun kitchen with just the right amount of controlled chaos. I like to cook everything from family style pasta dinners to elegant 5 courses dinners. I have a wide variety of cuisines in my arsenal and can apply them to many different styles of dinner.
