I am a chef, writer, food activist and traveler based in New York City.
I am a graduate of Natural Gourmet Institute culinary school in New York and have years working every position in restaurant kitchens. I have catered large and small events and private parties. I have cooked for clients such as Vogue, Google, David Zwirner, Alexander Wang, and Nike among others, creating visceral experiences in conjunction with art, fashion, and media.
My food is influenced primarily by Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine but I can accommodate any dietary need. Sustainability and consciousness of consumption are a priority at every step of the process for me. So besides preparing delicious food, I focus on mainly local and seasonal ingredients.
