Ever since I was young, I’ve been passionate about cooking for my family and creating new and fresh variations of traditional cuisines. This passion led me to train in multiple fine dining kitchens including the Waldorf Astoria and Le Coucou. I’m eager to expand into the more personal side of professional cooking by creating unique culinary experiences for people in their homes.
My cooking style is inspired by the authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food that I was raised on, combined with powerful flavors with a modern aesthetic. I hope to bring the best of Israeli cuisine to New York City families!
