I am a DC/VA based chef with over 25 years of cooking experience in many types of cuisines. Much or my professional experience has been at top restaurants in New York City, San Fransisco, Boston and Washington DC.
Through the years I have traveled extensively through Europe and Asia strolling through markets and tasting the regional cuisines of each country. My true passion is for cooking authentic Italian food but I have experience working with flavors and ingredients from around the world.
My food is simply prepared, locally focused, beautifully presented and most importantly, delicious!
