About Me

I love cooking seafood and making chocolate desserts!
My passion is for expressive, yet classical, cooking with the attention to the European dining experience and innovative ingredient complexities.
After working in Michelin star restaurants in Belgium, The Netherlands and France I have travelled around the world to have culinary experiences in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore and South America.
My high-end client base, which includes many Ambassadors and Consuls to the United Nations, adheres to a demanding level of event pre-conceptions and considerations, which are only meet through the execution of innovative, yet simple flavors, professional and smart service, light indulgence, culinary brilliance and well conceived preparations.
I like to cook a smile on my guests face. I want to make them happy and enjoy the whole experience.

  • We had an amazing evening celebrating our anniversary thanks to Johan. Johan delivered a terrific all around experience, from the food to the conversation. He set up a delicious and well plated three course meal, plus an amuse bouche and took care of the set up and clean up.

    We would highly recommend Johan to anyone looking for a terrific evening with friends or just to celebrate a special occasion.
