After working in Michelin star restaurants in Belgium, The Netherlands and France I have travelled around the world to have culinary experiences in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore and South America.
My high-end client base, which includes many Ambassadors and Consuls to the United Nations, adheres to a demanding level of event pre-conceptions and considerations, which are only meet through the execution of innovative, yet simple flavors, professional and smart service, light indulgence, culinary brilliance and well conceived preparations.
