Hi – I’m Chef Anthony
I was born and raised in New York City, and am a graduate of the French Culinary Institute.
I trained under some of the best chef’s in the country at several top NYC restaurants before becoming a private chef.
My experience has taught me that passion, professionalism and purpose create memorable meals. I would love to cook for your next dinner party or event.

  • We had a great dinner with Chef Anthony and will definitely use him again. He came up with a great menu for our seafood dinner, called from the market to discuss what was the freshest, and executed the meal perfectly. Highly recommend the stuffed bronzino!
