About Me

I love everything about the culinary world- the smells and tastes, the science behind the food and the endless possibilities that food allows. Being in the kitchen, I’ve been able to learn from some of the best- ranging from Jean George to Daniel Boulud. I’ve learned how to take simple ingredients and bring out the best of them with a little olive oil and salt. I’ve learned that one of the most important part of cooking is the spices you use and the combination of basic foods. One of the best compliments i heard were from a dish of baked carrots with labenh and pesto. My friend, the usual carnivore, was so amazed he only wanted to eat the carrots! I enjoy feeding people, i enjoy showing people different ways to food even more.
With table at home, I’m able to put my home recipes and experiments to the test and share what I’ve learned with those who want a great and new culinary experience. One of my favorite things to do would be to teach. People always say they wish they could cook- it’s easy! And I’d love to show them how unique and easy dishes can be by putting in a little effort. Just by brining or taking the extra hour to roast slow makes all the difference- id love to share all the tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way
I’d love to have people in the kitchen with me if they’d like to learn on their own or just do my thing and see your expressions when i bring it out to serve. Either way, i’d love to fill your home with the smell of my food and some good times!
