My French-Creole heritage serves as a constant source of inspiration, grounding me in the rich flavors and storytelling that food can carry. Graduating from Institute of Culinary Education, my goal is to create dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also offer a memorable dining experience. Whether I’m cooking for family, friends, or future guests, I want every plate to reflect both my technical skills and my commitment to making people feel connected to something larger—through the beauty and joy of food.
