Chef Jonathan barone brings the perfect balance of contemporary and tradition. Being full blooded Sicilian his menus are steered toward italian cuisine but he’s never boxed in as he pulls from middle eastern, Japanese, French, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. He will provide a true experience for you and your guests. With custom menus for each event chef Jonathan caters to big family style parties as well as small intimate Michelin style chefs tables!
