Strawberry CheesecakeRaised in an Italian immigrant family, my parents involved me in every aspect of family and home life. I was involved with gardening and home maintenance with my father at a very young age. But not to be outdone, my mother had me help her in the kitchen. That is where a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, at the tender age of 7, was born.
The kitchen is where I found solace and joy, experimenting with flavors and recreating treasured family recipes. I bought my first cookbook at the age of 10 and have not stopped investing in them since. I watched every cooking show possible and still take every opportunity to watch talented chefs from different cultural backgrounds demonstrate their craft.
I have spent a lifetime entertaining family, friends, and clients, creating memories and sharing my home and table with cherished people from all walks of life. Everyone has been, and will always be, welcomed at my table.
After many years in the corporate world, I finally took the leap of faith and started my adventure of sharing my love for the culinary arts with those who want to create lasting memories with their family and friends.
My approach to cooking is creativity. I can provide a specific cultural menu or one that starts with one culture and ends with a completely different influence, with other cultures represented in between.
