I have a passion for the finest pleasures in life, an outstanding meal, a great bottle of wine to pair it, all in a beautiful setting, I am a Cordon Bleu chef and WSET 2 Sommelier, with diplomas in Mexican cuisine, wedding planer, flower arrangement and table decor; cigars and various wine regions, with 20 years of experience creating wonderful culinary/tasting experiences. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in wine and cooking, it’s a great satisfaction to see happy clients, learning or just savoring a delicious meal, my job is not cook but to deliver an amazing experience
