About Me

I am a former classically trained dancer who transitioned into my professional cooking role in the fall of 2011. I graduated from Johnson & Wales Charlotte Campus in 2013 and have since worked for Marriott hotels, The Masters at Augusta National Golf Course, Publix, and other reputable companies.

I grew up in South Carolina and my love for cooking developed at a young age, thanks to the teachings of my Caribbean mother. I pride myself on having a Low-country childhood and growing up in a part-West Indian household. My favorite cuisines to create (and eat!) are Italian, Latin, and Caribbean, of course! I also love to do meal prep and very intimate catered events. The most exciting aspect of being a private chef is combining my passion for food while still being able to interact with people closely.
