Shrimp and GritsHi! I’m Marissa, I take hospitality very seriously and strive to create memorable experiences for my clients. I worked in restaurants for 8 years prior to becoming a private chef. I love making delicious food that makes you feel at home but is also elevated. I tend to mix influences from my childhood: American classics, some with southern touches, as well as Italian, and French cuisines but my main focus for food is freshness of ingredients, locally sourcing as much as possible, and layering flavors. I look forward to taking care of you!
