Crispy Duck BreastHello. My name is Chef Sean. I am based in New York City. I love to share the food that I have developed in my years as a chef cooking across the country. Since graduating le Cordon Bleu I have built a unique style and flavor base that combines refined modern style with classic techniques. From Hawaii to New York, I have studied and cooked in fine restaurants and homes. In Los Angeles as a a catering chef I have cooked for celebrities such as Barbara Streisand and Charlie Sheen, the Evenstad’s, and the USC Film departments 75th anniversary. I would love to share my flavors and hospitality with you.
