About Me

Megan McMinn has worked in restaurants and kitchens in New York, Miami and Maine. She studied at Johnson & Wales University where she obtained her AA in Culinary Arts and received her BS in Hospitality management.
She has worked in 5 star restaurants, esteemed resorts, hotels, casinos and mom and pop establishments.
Megan studied abroad in the Tuscany Region of Italy, where her love of wine and fresh pasta grew. Megan recently received her WSET 2 certification for wine and spirits. She can pair wine with any meal.
She has a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and healthy but flavorful food. She enjoys baking and cooking of all types. With her background in large and fine dining experiences, she is well equipped for any event. She has experience with special diets and restrictions.
