I am a proud graduate of the New York City College of Technology where I majored in Hospitality Management with the focus on baking and pastry and culinary arts. I am especially passionate about baking and pastry.

Everything was EXCELLENT!!! Wow!!!! This was my first time doing an at home chef and chef Stacy blew it out of the ball park. We left nothing on the plates!!! Would highly recommend. She asked good questions and was kind enough to make a bit more so we had leftovers. What a TREAT! 😄 great last min birthday SUCCESS!
