I am an experienced personal chef in private dining, catering, and meal preparation services. I have a total of 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. I love creating a memorable experience for my clients through different cuisines. I’ve studied at Monroe College for two years learning French, Japanese, and Italian techniques and style of cooking methods. I have a palate for spicy foods. I then received my Bachelor’s at HBCU Morgan State University, where I studied in Hospitality Management. I’ve worked as an Executive and Sous Chef as well as a line cook and apprentice. I know my way around a kitchen very well. I am excited and look forward to serving plenty of delicious meals and meeting new future clients.
