About Me

Classically French trained chef with over 20 years experience. Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and have worked in every aspect of the kitchen I love building flavors from around the world and using both classic French and cutting edge techniques to create unique and delicious dishes. I’ve worked in high end hotels, managed a catering kitchen and most recently a Michelin starred restaurant.
