Some of My career accomplishments are Off-premise catering, Hotels, Private chef, Event Design, Kosher cuisine, International cuisine, and much more. I started at the bottom rung in the kitchen as a dishwasher at 15 and worked my way to Executive Sous Chef of a 2,000 room hotel by the time I was 24 and moved on to be Executive Chef of my own hotel. In the last two decades, I have really come to love catering and events. The best reward ever is to cook and meet the people that I’m cooking for. The small weddings, The private chef dinners are the best culinary memories. Some of the notable properties I have been the Executive Chef at are, Signature Grand, Sheraton Suites Plantation, Food Art Inc., and Catering Concepts ( my own catering company ). My joy in life is to bring those decades of experience to small groups of folks in person.
