About Me

I am a professional Chef with more than 40 years experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Secaucus -NJ where I manage my own consulting company. In Italy I have been working in my own restaurant for 17 years where I got my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food. True Italian hospitality represents to me a must!

  • A great night with Massimo and his partner Matteo. The food was authentic Italian, prepared simply and with few ingredients. From the soup to the homemade bread, everything was both delicious and beautifully served. And the eggplant is not to be missed! Truly fantastic. A very special night and Massimo was terrific.
