About Me

I am a professional Chef with more than 37 years experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Secaucus -NJ where I manage my own consulting company. In Italy I have been working in my own restaurant for 17 years where I got my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food. True Italian hospitality represents to me a must!

  • Massimo was incredible as was all of his food. He cooked me and my wife an amazing birthday dinner of soup, eggplant parm, truffle tagliolini and filet. We loved every course and would recommend him 100%. He cleaned everything as well and was a perfect night. Thank you chef Massimo!
