About Me

I love food! It’s one of my all-time passions. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years and have created flavorful dishes for people of all cultures. Food is life and I curate dishes that nourish the body and warm the soul. I was formally trained at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago now Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
Even though I was classically trained most of my ‘training’ came from watching my family prepare Holiday feasts and Sunday family dinners throughout the course of my life.
I’ve had the pleasure of working over the years with very talented chefs in restaurants, catering companies and I’ve also worked privately for families. I love to develop new flavor profiles that tantalize the taste buds and change everyday approachable cuisine to a more elevated sophisticated culinary experience.
