Founded the first gluten-free restaurant in Manhattan “Risotteria”. Gluten-free & vegetarian schooled. Started the first gluten-free bakery on the east coast.

  • Chef Joseph was so amazing. He prepared a cooking party with his wife Adrienne for 17 of my friends. We made the most delicious pesto gnocchi, chicken piccata and chocolate mousse. We were hands on and learned a lot from Chef. We plated family style and both went above and beyond to make the kitchen spotless after our party. Thank you again Chef Joe and Adrienne for making a great experience for my friends birthday celebration

  • We had a fantastic New Years Eve party with Chef Joe (and his right hand/wife Adrienne). He was great to communicate with prior to the night and everything went so smoothly and just as promised. The food was delicious (the perfect menu for a party/cooking lesson) and we had a blast learning new skills and cooking along with him. He was charming and engaging and made it so much fun. Everyone said it was the best New Year’s Eve party- EVER!!! I will definitely be calling on him again and would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation possible.

  • Chef Joe and his wife were amazing in every aspect; punctuality, communication, presentation, and of course the food itself. Chef Joe took the time to set the table immaculately while he prepared the three course meal for seven people. Chef Joe made our dads bday extra special by adding a level of personalization to the menus and dessert jars. Highly recommend and would use again.

  • Chef Joseph helped me to plan a delicious and romantic menu for my husband and mines anniversary. Taste and presentation of the dishes were amazing! We loved the oysters and my husband was practically licking he plate after his lobster with Pittsford purée peas and corn. He was also very friendly and engaging with my kids as he prepared our dinner!
