We take care of everything, from designing the menu to cleaning your kitchen afterwards. We’ll even decorate your dining table, provide the tableware, and design a personalized menu card that will match your theme for a fee. Additionally, we are licensed, insured, Servsafe certified, and members of the United States Personal Chefs Association.
Chef Casado is a Dominican American chef that grew up in New York City and Miami. He discovered his love for cooking and entertaining at an early age. He was lucky enough to grow up in a family of chefs, restaurateurs, and entretainers that trained him and motivated him to pursue a career as a Chef. He has over 20 years of experience in the culinary field and has worked in kitchens across the nation. Chef Casado’s love for food plating and styling allows him to be in touch with his creative dimensions. He has been named the food architect by his friends, family, and mentors. He has also been featured in many news articles and magazines.
After earning a graduate degree, he decided to expand his culinary knowledge by traveling to many countries to learn about the respective country’s culture. Fusion cuisine encompasses who he is, a multicultural person that loves to create dishes by using a variety of ingredients and techniques. He considers the plate his canvas and the kitchen his studio, and he feels the best version of himself comes through when he creates dishes without limitations. He relishes playing with recipes, decorating table escapes, and listening to music.
Chef Rossy was born and raised on the countryside of the Dominican Republic. She loves sweets and one of her passions is helping people in her community. She is currently pursuing a degree in nutrition and hopes to combine her academic knowledge with her passion for baking. Chef Rossy loves the French pastry style because of its beauty, fineness, technique, unique flavors, and textures. Her favorite cuisines are Dominican, Asian, Italian, and Mexican.
