I graduated from Jonhson & Wales University /Miami, in Culinary & Arts, following the footsteps of my father, a restauranteur in Brazil. He was always my first inspiration to when comes to cooking, besides the greatest Thomas Keller, MingTsay, The Troisgois Brothers, Gordon Ramsay and Paul Bocuse.
I’ve spent several years, working in CA, NC, NY, France, Italy. I was a corporate chef for twelve years, and also Private chef to famous, renowned CEO and celebrities. COVID-19 brought me back to Miami area, as to be around my loved ones.
My moto in culinary is to please the eyes, taste bud and nourish the body.
I am extremely passionate about our environment and as a chef feel a huge responsibility to be sustainable, whenever shopping ingredients to the foods I produce.
Cooking to me is a labor of love, it’s so satisfying to please people, that I don’t measure the efforts to bring you the best of my skills.
