Beef WellingtonI studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade working for a number of well-known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele – from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world’s most cultured destinations. I would be honored to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home.
