Signature dish:Beef Wellington
I studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade working for a number of well-known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele – from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world’s most cultured destinations. I would be honored to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home.
Overall experience was amazing. Chef Adam was easy to work with, fun, and the food was amazing! Highly recommend!
