About Me

I studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade working for a number of well-known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele – from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world’s most cultured destinations. I would be honored to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home.

  • Adam was amazing to work with and the food was delicious! We wanted to do an Easter brunch for the family including kids, Adam made the menu and was very open to any changes or working with any restrictions. They were very professional, bringing everything they needed for the meal including tools. They boxed any leftovers up for us and completely cleaned up, including talking out the trash. The would was so pretty and was just absolutely delicious. Some of the meal highlights were the French toast, chimichurri skirt steak, avocado toast, and the made from scratch ravioli. Couldn’t rave enough about Adam and their business, highly recommended.
