About Me

We are Sébastien and Florencia, a married couple of chefs. Sébastien was born in New York and grew up in France in his parent’s restaurant before graduating from culinary school and moving back to the Big Apple, working in several kitchens around Brooklyn and Manhattan. He is currently the private chef for the Belgium Ambassador and the General Consul. Florencia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she worked at the family’s “Rotiseria”. She was the sous-chef at a Latin-American restaurant in Brooklyn for 3 years.
We both share the same passion of eating and embrace the whole experience around it, from creating a personalized menu with the customers, to shopping for the best produce, to cooking and plating.
We have been doing private dinners, corporate lunches and breakfasts for the past year when we started working together.
