About Me

I’ve worked at many of Los Angeles’ Best Italian restaurants (Alimento, Sotto, Milo and Olive) and am currently under construction on my own project in West Hollywood with my wife, Caitlin. We’re passionate about making everything from scratch and using local and organic produce and responsibly raised proteins. We are happy to accomdate dietary restrictions and have a variety of menu offerings as we’ve been doing dinners in private homes for the past year. Bonus points if your home has a pizza oven!
