30 years experience home cook to published culinary author of three cookbooks also a culinary instructor celebrity private chef caterer plated meals food prep i cater to each clients specific requests .All menu items are made custom to satisfy my clients taste buds , i also specialize in vegan vegetarian (Italian and Puerto Rican) Family rooted Italian and puerto rican recipes . and Guyanese dishes as well as Some Greek dishes .I do very well at Soul food and southern soul cooking as well.     Chef Bobbi was amazing!! She cooked for our bachelorette party in the Hampton's and was so great working with the menu and budget of our group. We had a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions that she made so easy to accommodate. Her food was delicious and we enjoyed her company! Would definitely recommend and hire again for any event dinner! :)

    I’m not even sure where to begin…
    Chef Bobbi is just wonderful. Her personality is just such a delight. She is incredibly easy to work with and brings such a passion to your home through her love of all things culinary. Next, the food- OMG the FOOD!
    First, no matter your party size, she goes above and beyond with the portion size- you will NOT be hungry.
    Chef Bobbi selects the freshest ingredients to prepare a meal that you’ll rave about for a long, long time. I asked for a pretty basic family style steak dinner for our party of 8, and received an all out feast.
    Chef Bobbi grilled delicious top of the line ribeye steaks, beautifully loaded baked potatoes, perfectly prepared sautéed asparagus, fresh beats, along with a fresh mozzarella and tomato caprice and a wonderfully refreshing salad made with goat cheese, crisp greens, and a hint fresh citrus to compliment the course. She also served an abundant selection of freshly baked bread.
    Before, during and after, she and I did a little chit chatting- we laughed, we learned about each other’s family, she told me more about her background- it was just wonderful to have her in our home and I am looking forward to seeing her again. All of our guests have already asked me for her contact information!
