I have dedicated the last 15+ years of my life to developing the craft of cooking and serving high level food to people. Since graduating from Le Cordon Blue in 2004, I have spent most of my time in Orange County restaurants, honing my skills and gaining experience. My hope is to share all of that experience in this new format, focusing on bringing fine dining and high level culinary execution into the comfort and safety of peoples homes.
