I am originally from Napa valley California where I got my degree in culinary arts at The culinary institute of America in Napa valley. Most recently I was the executive chef of a major w loss/adultfitness camp retreat on 160 acre property, making simple dishes elegant and wellfully prepared. I was the culinary demonstrator and private culinary instructor at the facility as well which included private one-on-ones and class size groups where individual recipes were broken down and hot along with client participation. My degree is in French cuisine and I am familiar with most food preparation styles and enjoy being around and putting on a show when it comes to food. I live on a 12 acre farm with my Wife and daughter, where we raise animals and produce bread from our 10,000lb wood fire oven, along with making products that I use culinarily from the surrounding areas on our farm. In Napa valley I was a private Chef for multiple events and worked at many wineries event along with and at restaurants under James Beard nominee, Cindy Pawlcyn.
