I have over 30 years experience in the food industry, I love cooking for small or large groups! My experience includes working in NYC kitchens for high volume and high end restaraunts. I was also the executive chef on a 3000 acre vineyard in California where I ran a farm to table restaurant.
I am also the Executive Chef at the Historic UXU Ranch in Yellowstone.
My experience includes Cooking Classes, Catered Events for Private, Corporate & Social Events. I have traveled the country with a live cooking show teaching audiences of 200-300 people how to enjoy cooking!
I currently have a cooking show on Amazon Prime called The Wiseguy Kitchen and have been honored to have won 4 Taste Awards and 6 Telly Awards, I have been nominated again this year.
Last year (pre covid) I was selected as Team Catering Chef for the Phillies Major League Baseball Team in Clearwater Florida for the 2020 Spring Training Season.
I am Italian and speak it fluently as well as Spanish, I can cook many ethnic cuisines.
