About Me

I am very versed in a variety of cuisines including French, Asian, Caribbean and Mediterranean.
I’m very open minded, adventurous and creative. My passion for cooking started when I moved to the USA to live with my parents . I got my first job as being a dishwasher then went on to being a prep – line cook. My passion lead me to pursue a culinary education at the culinary institute of America where I graduated in 2010.
I am fortunate to be able to gather experience from working among a few renowned chef and restaurants.
