Signature dish:Seared Sesame Crusted Ahi
Hi, I am a passionate and skilled farm to table chef. Classically trained in a French Commis de Cuisine program. I received a prestigious scholarship through the American Institute of Wine and Food from the late great Julia Child and Winemaker Robert Mondavi. I prepare international cuisines and diets from around the world that specialize in healthy and delicious meals using fresh in season produce and the finest seafood, poultry and meats. I utilize my vast experience from working in several farm to table restaurants throughout San Diego California to tailor it to a delightful culinary experience. While using traditional Italian, Japanese, French, Spanish and Mediterranean cooking techniques and influences.
To be honest we were a little under whelmed. It was a pretty bland dinner and we kind of had to keep the dinner going. The Chef was kind of just there. He really did not take control.
