Hello! I’m new to the Table At Home website, but I’ve been cooking for a long time. I formerly worked as a cook at several upscale restaurants in NYC and Long Island, where I was trained by some excellent chefs. I left the restaurant business behind for other things, but have always maintained my love and practice of cooking. In my personal life, I’ve adapted a ‘farm to table’ approach to cooking, that changes with the seasons. I do this because I believe the best results come from using the best possible ingredients. I try to use simple and minimal preparations, because I don’t believe that top quality fresh ingredients need to be covered up or masked. I’m passionate about this way of cooking, because believe it is central to optimal health, lonegevity, and sustainability.
