I’ve worked in restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. Catering has been where I truly shine because I enjoy changing menus to suit guests and their desires. I grew up in New York. My parents are from the South. I was surrounded by influences from Latin America, the Caribbean, and India. I take from my influences and fuse them in modern food. My favorite dishes utilize seafood.
