About Me

Many of my 18 years in food and beverage has been spent in the front of house, my real passion is menu development. I only use the freshest ingredients to put together fun and approachable meals.
I do my own baking, pickling, curing, and candying, grow my own herbs, and since the pandemic started I’ve been making every single thing from scratch. I’ve also fallen in love with food preservation.
