I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a passionate professional cook with years of experience in the gastronomic industry.
I started my culinary career in Buenos Aires, I have over 12 years of experience. After studying and working in well known restaurants I started to travel, I worked in Uruguay for two summer seasons and after that I moved to San Francisco, were I started working in fine dining restaurants.
Finally I set base in New York five years ago. I’ve been working in all kinds of restaurants and had the luck to host pop-ups. I’ve also been experimenting with Vegan and Vegetarian food, my wife is a vegetarian so she is my inspiration.
I love bringing people together through food by creating new experiences and moments.
I enjoy eating as much as I love cooking, new seasons and flavors is what inspires me to create special moments of happiness and joy.
