I’m Facundo, and I’ve been immersed in the culinary world for over 16 years. From my humble beginnings in Argentina to my culinary adventures in Uruguay, San Francisco, Paris, and New York, I’ve now set my roots in the vibrant city of Miami.
Cooking is my absolute passion, and nothing brings me more joy than creating unforgettable moments for my guests. I truly believe that food brings people together, and I’m here to ensure that when you gather, you’re treated to the very best.

    Chef Facundo provided us with a wonderful dinner party at our home for fourteen persons. The dinner was to celebrate my 70th birthday with close friends. We started off with cocktails with served hors d’oeuvre, and then moved on to a four course dinner with wine. The menu was all suggested by Chef Facundo, and everything was great. Since the dinner was for fourteen, and I wanted cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served first, I suggested the Chef bring an assistant. He brought, Mariela, whom was also a delight and a consummate professional. She did a great job of mixing and serving drinks and dinner, and made all our guests feel wonderful about the service in addition to the food. At the end of the meal Chef Facundo and Mariela received two standing ovations from my friends.

    5 stars all around. Chef Facundo did an amazing job. He provided a memorable experience. If you are looking to do a memorable event hire him. He gave us a sushi class and we all had our own sushi’s and he also made extra, which were delicious too. The food was amazing. Best Gyozas I have ever tasted. He was so helpful as well and made everyone feel so welcomed. If I could give more stars I would.

    The entire experience was truly incredible! Chef Facundo was friendly, a great teacher, and his recipes were delicious. The garlic sizzling prawns had non-prawn-eaters eating a plateful, the pesto, pomodoro, and cacio e pepe sauces were an absolute hit, and the flourless chocolate cake was the perfect finishing touch! We would recommend Chef Facu to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great company! Don't miss out!

    We are just so pleased with the entire experience of Chef Facundo coming to our home for a dinner party of 8! . We chose a healthful menu with a couple of simple adaptations, which Chef Facundo proposed after we corresponded. He showed up punctually at 6:45pm for an 8pm sit-down dinner, arriving with everything he needed beyond basic kitchen appliances. He entered our home with a wide smile and a lovely and gracious personality and worked with a
    quiet intensity. We (for the first time) actually had the full opportunity to enjoy our party and engage in great conversation with our guests instead of the logistics of the kitchen.

    At 8pm exactly, he announced quietly to us that he was ready and we sat down. Before each dish, he would, in a tone that fit with the evening, announce each dish, without disturbing the conversation and without the pomposity that we have all seen. He then would bring the plates to the guests himself,
    serving everyone discretely.

    The appetizer was beyond a knock-out -- seared tuna ahi with sesame topped with avocado sauce topped with micro-greens. Then, for the main course, he served a filet of branzino, which he absolutely nailed. We chose the flourless chocolate cake made with olive oil for dessert, again amazing. He left us the leftover cake which our kids thoroughly enjoyed for a couple of days after.

    Although it was a school night, our guests did not leave until past 11pm and we had a wonderful time, enjoying the conversation and the food in equal measure. Chef Facundo
    discretely departed at some point, leaving our kitchen cleaner than it had been before he started!

    Chef Facundo is an understated, but excellent chef. His portions were generous and the food was exquisite. Everyone raved about the food. We eat out very often and I cannot recall an overall dinner in any Miami restaurant that we enjoyed more, and it was in our home.

    We cannot wait to entertain like this again with Chef Facundo!

    Dinner with chef Facundo was a wonderful experience shared with our family. We did a vegetarian/vegan dinner party for 14 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed Chef Facundo’s courses! Each course was different and exciting. It’s nice comparing to other chefs that he includes groceries in your quote. A true professional, you won’t be disappointed!

    Absolutely amazing experience. Facundo is the nicest, most professional chef who makes the most incredible food! Everything was perfect for my fiancé’s birthday, and he was extremely careful and safe in regards to PPE, prepping certain dishes at home as to avoid a long amount of time in the apartment, etc. I could not recommend him more!!
