About Me

Hello, I am Joshua, a modern – progressive Chef, classically trained with 30 – years in the Food & Beverage Industry, ranging from Michelin Star Restaurants to High – End Event Companies.
Having a never-ending passion for the continued growth regarding culture and its food explorations, led to a blessing of a rather large eclectic repertoire of cuisines.
I have been fortunate to have traveled, cooked, and worked all while collecting inspiration from cultures ranging from NYC, So. Cal., So. US, Central America, to Europe & Asia – Specializing in a Finesse, Creative – Custom Menu Development, Modern approach to flavor profiles, presentations and techniques, ever pushing culinary evolution while maintaining the traditional comforts of this fine craft.

    Chef Joshua was an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, adaptable and creative from proposal to plate. He prepared the best 4-course meal of my life, together with friends in an intimate setting at our home. The food was truly exquisite: thoughtful, on-season, and with a real depth of flavor, showing off his clear talent and expertise. We were truly grateful for the experience and I highly recommend Joshua for your next occasion. He has deep experience as a NY chef and it clearly shows. TAH are lucky to have him on the platform.

    Chef Joshua was absolutely amazing, highly recommend him to anyone. My partner and I were hosting out of town friends. The four of us are all foodies and really enjoy fine dining experiences around the world. Wanting to try something different, I decided to look into finding a high caliber chef to cook us a multi-course meal at home. This was my first time using Table at Home and I wasn't sure what to expect, but when I received the menu from Chef Joshua, I was excited. He nailed the menu (Fall Celebration) and even suggested a 4th course to really make it complete. He was very flexible with tweaking the dessert course and even worked with me on wine pairings (both his recommendations as well as a revised pairing based on wines I had at home). He was very responsive to my messages, arrived promptly at the agreed time, and was very respectful of our home. The best part, of course, was the meal which was absolutely outstanding. Not only will I use this platform again, I'm actively trying to think of another opportunity to specifically have Chef Joshua back to cook another meal! You will not be disappointed.
